If you’ve forgotten your MigiHub password or are unable to access your account, don’t worry. Resetting your password is quick and secure. Follow the instructions below based on your role and situation.

🧭 For All Users (Interpreters, Clients, Dispatchers, Admins)

Step-by-Step: Resetting Your Password via Email

  1. Go to the Login Page
    Visit https://yourtenant.migihub.com/.

  2. Click "Forgot Password?"
    You’ll find this link just below the login form.

  3. Enter Your Registered Email Address
    Make sure to use the same email address associated with your MigiHub account.

  4. Check Your Inbox
    You’ll receive a password reset email with a secure link.
    💡 Didn’t receive it? Check your spam/junk folder or search for “MigiHub Password Reset.”

  5. Click the Reset Link
    The link will take you to a secure page where you can enter your new password.

  6. Create a New Password
    Your password must meet MigiHub’s security requirements:

    • Minimum 8 characters

    • At least one uppercase letter

    • At least one number

    • At least one special character (e.g., ! @ # $ %)

  7. Confirm and Submit
    Once you confirm your new password, you’ll be redirected to the login page to sign in with your updated credentials.


đŸ› ïž For Admins & HR: Resetting Another User’s Password

If a user cannot access their email or is locked out, HR or Admin roles can initiate a reset via the Admin Portal:

  1. Navigate to:
    Dashboard > Account Management > Users

  2. Search for the employee, interpreter, or client user.

  3. Open the user profile and click “Reset Password”.

  4. MigiHub will send a new reset email to the user automatically.

🔐 Note: You must have the appropriate permissions to perform this action. See role-based permissions in the admin settings.


🔎 Troubleshooting Tips

  • Still not receiving the email?
    Double-check your email address for typos. Contact support if the issue persists.

  • Link expired?
    Password reset links expire after a short period. Just repeat the reset process to get a new one.

  • Choose a unique password that you don’t use elsewhere.

  • Avoid common words like “password123” or “admin2025.”

  • Consider using a password manager to generate and store your credentials.
